4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Processing Time: Sellers must process and ship orders within 10 days of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Sellers are responsible for setting and managing shipping costs, which should be clearly stated in the product listing. Shipping charge is added to the product price for global access.
- Tracking: Providing tracking information to buyers is recommended to ensure transparency. Product tracking is available through this site using the generated order number.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Refund & Return Policy: Refund will be initiated upon any order cancellation, product delivery issues or any justified reasons within 21 days after communication and verification with the customers/buyers.
- Refund Policy After Order Receive: To avoid any damage please do video while unboxing and share us the video as a proof. In this case the refund will be generated within 5 working days.
- Cancellation Policy: Order Free Cancellation in 3 days. Cancellation after 3 days from the order date may charge 25% during refund. Order Cancellation will not be accepted after the shipment.
